01 · Budget and scope

Separate demolition, concrete restoration, electrical installation, and finish interfaces. Identify exclusions and allowances for concealed conditions so discoveries can be reviewed against a defined scope before additional work is authorized.

02 · Design coordination

Bring plumbing routes, slab openings, electrical panels, lighting layouts, and control requirements into a coordinated review. Align the installation information with room use, equipment requirements, and the responsible design professionals' documents.

03 · Sequencing

Demolition creates access; the plumbing-related slab work connects installation below the floor with its reinstatement. Define applicable inspection and review requirements before closing access, then coordinate the protection of restored and finished areas.

04 · Subcontractor coordination

Concrete restoration depends on the work below it. Lighting and controls depend on the electrical installation and final space requirements. Clear release points identify who verifies each area and when the following trade can proceed.

05 · Schedule

Coordinate access windows, deliveries, and any required service interruptions with the property team. Track panel and lighting availability, design decisions, and review dates against the sequence of work.

06 · Field execution
