Our Story & Leadership
Franz Ronnie — Founder & President
Twins Development was founded by Franz Ronnie, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Based in North Texas, it is the parent company of Eight Pillars Concrete and Twins Engineering.
Our work connects custom residential, commercial, development, and specialty construction. Bringing these disciplines into one company family makes coordination central to our approach: scope, site conditions, trade interfaces, owner decisions, and the sequence of work must be considered together.
The standard we want to be known for is straightforward: thoughtful preparation, honest communication, and care for the details that remain after construction. Project design and required professional services are assigned to the responsible architects, engineers, and licensed providers.
